Fix: Use base address for localization, enable AuthModule services
...
- Changed Localization URL from localhost:2004 to HostEnvironment.BaseAddress
- Uncommented AuthModuleServices() to register AuthenticationStateProvider
- Added using directives for Auth.Module namespace
